Olshan Client Bonjour Capital Secures $26M for Bed-Stuy Apartment Building

The Real Deal and Crain’s New York Business reported that Olshan client Bonjour Capital secured a $26 million long-term mortgage from Mercantile Bank for 333 Greene Street, Brooklyn, New York. Bonjour Capital and its principal Charles Dayan took over the unfinished 12-story apartment building when they acquired the construction mortgage and foreclosed on the site. Dayan bought out his partner to consolidate his hold on an $18 million mortgage from Banco Popular.  Leasing began in April 2014 after seven years of delays.  Read the previous news item here.  Eric Goldberg and Hyman Kindler represented Bonjour Capital in this matter.
