Activist Client Perry Corp. Highlighted in Bloomberg and Times

Client Perry Corp.’s criticism of the management of CommonWealth REIT is highlighted in a Bloomberg article describing the recent conflict that has arisen relating to  the actions taken by Corvex Management LP and Related Companies L.P.  in connection with their current solicitation of written consents to call a special meeting to remove the trustees of Commonwealth REIT.  The fight was also covered by Gretchen Morganstern in the New York Times.  Steve Wolosky, Jeffrey Udell, Jason Soncini and Mason Barney represent Perry Corp.
