Sachem Head Reaches Agreement to Revamp Leadership and Reconstitute Board at US Foods

Bloomberg, Chicago Business Journal, Reuters, Restaurant Business and other media sources reported on the agreement reached between Olshan client Sachem Head and US Foods pursuant to which US Foods ousted its CEO and agreed to appoint three new directors – Sachem Head Founder and Managing Partner Scott Ferguson, Jim Barber and David Toy. As part of the agreement, the company agreed to establish a CEO Search Committee and appoint Messrs. Ferguson and Toy thereto. Steve Wolosky, Ryan Nebel, and Jack Meara represent Sachem Head in connection with its investment in US Foods.
