Adam Friedman Named A Top Restructuring Professional by Global M&A Network

Adam Friedman, a partner in Olshan’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Group, was recognized in the Global M&A Network’s list of Top 100 Restructuring Professionals. The annual award features industry leading consultants, investment bankers, and lawyers from the restructuring, distressed M&A, and insolvency communities and is “the world’s most prestigious award honoring the best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, professionals, and leaders from the global restructuring, insolvency, and distressed investing communities." 

Adam represents clients in all aspects of corporate and real estate restructuring,  distressed M&A, and financing transactions across the capital structure.

Earlier this year, Friedman and other members of the Olshan team were recognized by The Global M&A Network and M&A Advisor  for their work on recent high-profile turnaround matters at the 14th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards. The firm was named in the Chapter 11 Restructuring of the Year (Large) category for its representation of the Ad Hoc Preferred Shareholders Committee in the Washington Prime Group reorganization and  for the Special Situation M&A Deal of the Year in connection with  Atlas Capital Group’s acquisition of The Denizen from All Year Holdings.  See our prior press release here.
