Wolosky Leads Team on United Capital $100M Tender Offer

Olshan’s client United Capital Corp. announced that it had completed a tender offer to purchase about 31% of the outstanding shares at a purchase price of approximately 20% premium per share (or an aggregate purchase price of approximately $101,000,000). United Capital Corp. also delisted from the NYSE Amex and is in the process of deregistering from the reporting obligations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
