Wolosky and Silverman Lead Sale of Ness Technologies

Olshan’s client Ness Technologies, Inc., a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced that the company has merged with an affiliate of Citi Venture Capital International (CVCI), a global private equity investment fund.
