Frome, Schlesinger, Krauthamer and Replogle Close Acquisition of Controlling Interest in CarringtonFox USA, Inc.

Olshan's Corporate and Tax groups closed the acquisition of a controlling interest in CarringtonFox USA, Inc., a hedge fund recruiter, by Struan Pires and a management group led by Mr. Pires.  The transaction involved intense time pressure and parties in the United Kingdom, the United States and Singapore.  Robert Frome, Ken Schlesinger and Ryan Replogle represented Pires in connection with corporate matters, and Nina Krauthamer handled tax matters.
