Friedman Represents Mergent in Sale of Index Business to Nasdaq OMX

Olshan’s client Mergent Inc. has agreed to sell its index business to Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. in a deal that will make the exchange operator one of the largest dividend-focused index providers in the market. Robert H. Friedman and Meagan M. Reda, with assistance from Mary L.
