Client Balch Hill Partners Nominates Seven Directors to Board of PLX Technology

CNBC and other national media reported on Balch Hill Partners' announcement that it had nominated seven directors to the PLX Technology Board. Balch Hill Partners is one of PLX's largest shareholders with a 9.7% position. Balch Hill Partners also sent a letter to the Board expressing its concern regarding PLX's acquisition strategy and loss of stockholder value. Steve Wolosky, Elizabeth R. Gonzalez and Amanda S. Lamson represent Balch Hill Partners in connection with its investment in PLX.
