Olshan Represents Client in Purchase of NBA Union Harlem Headquarters

The Real Deal, the Commercial Observer and Law360 reported that a joint venture between the owners of Red Rooster Harlem and L+M Development recently purchased 301 Lenox Avenue from the union representing National Basketball Association players in a deal valued at $21 million.  The three-story, 25,000-square-foot building is located between 125th and 126th Streets where Red Rooster has had 4,000 square feet of ground floor space since 2011. Olshan real estate attorneys Samuel Ross, Hyman Kindler, Dov Brandstatter, Jessica Stanton and corporate attorney Martin Cooper represented the purchaser 310 Lenox Avenue LLC.
