Lustigman Quoted in Law360 on FCC’s “Cramming” Proposal

Andrew Lustigman tells Law360 that the FCC’s proposal to rein in the practice of “cramming” will "stymie the growth of innovative technology." The Law360 article (subscription required) focuses on FCC’s proposed strengthening on its recently approved rule to protect consumers from unauthorized third-party charges on landline phones by adding an opt-in mechanism and expanding this rule to cover cellphone and Internet service providers.
