Wolosky, Freedman and Berenblat Author Article on European Activism for Ethical Boardroom

Steve Wolosky, Andrew Freedman and Ron Berenblat of Olshan’s Activist & Equity Investment Practice, the leading law firm to activists in the US, penned an article featured in Ethical Boardroom on the rise of shareholder activism in Europe.  Now that shareholder activism is no longer a US phenomenon, the Group notes that, “As more seasoned activists take the plunge into activism in Europe, we believe smaller players from both the US and other jurisdictions will follow suit.”  With European activism still in its early stages, the Groups predicts, “that over the next two to three years, various trends will emerge in Europe consistent with those that we saw during … the early 2000s.”
