Sacramento Business Journal Reports on GenCorp’s Offering

The Sacramento Business Journal reported on GenCorp Inc. issuance of $200 million in long-term debt to qualified investors. GenCorp Inc., a major technology-based manufacturing company in the aerospace and defense industries, will use the money to pay off older, more expensive debt.
