Media Reports on Olshan’s Client Steel Partners Japan

Olshan's client Steel Partners, the largest shareholder in Japanese brewer Sapporo, proposed the election of new board members at this year’s annual meeting. Steel has nominated 10 candidates, six of whom would be new to the Board. The Wall Street Journal and Fox Business News, among other media, reported on the story.
