Bisceglie Quoted in Law 360 on Dentsply Motion

Kyle C. Bisceglie was quoted in Law 360 (subscription required) on the motion submitted by Dentsply International Inc. seeking to overturn a $44 million jury verdict against Dentsply. Kyle, who leads the Olshan team representing Guidance, the plaintiff in the action, was quoted as saying “We have a very bright, hardworking judge who worked very hard with the lawyers going into trial to get the jury instructions and evidentiary rulings right during the trial, and we are confident that the three and a half weeks the jury spent in reaching its verdict will not be in vain.”
