Roket Handled Major School Lease in Manhattan

The Commercial Observer (subscription required) reported on the lease by Mildred Elley School, an Albany-based school, for over 42,000 square feet at 25 Broadway. Nina Roket represented the landlord. It was the tenant’s first campus in Manhattan and the second major downtown school lease Ms. Roket has handled for landlords. The first was the Millennium High School lease at 75 Broad Street as reported by The New York Times in 2003.
