MarketWatch Reports on Global Pari-Mutuel’s Successful Financing

The Wall Street Journal MarketWatch reported on Global Pari-Mutuel Services, Inc., a pari-mutuel gaming and wagering services provider, completing a $700,000 financing led by BERMASE LLC, a private investment company. In connection with the investment, Global increased the size of its Board from four to seven members and entered into a long term collaboration relating to the development of new proprietary technology relating to the Global’s pari-mutuel trading hub.
