Debt and Equity Investment in Ore Pharmaceuticals

It was announced that Olshan’s client, Steel Partners, completed a combined debt and equity investment in Ore Pharmaceutical Holdings, a pharmaceutical development company. As part of the transaction, Steel Partners nominated two new directors to the company. The Olshan team that worked on this transaction included:  Corporate: Steve Wolosky, Kenneth A.
