NY Post Quotes Gursky on Hells Angels Trademark Battle

Today’s New York Post quotes Steven R. Gursky as an expert on the lawsuit filed by the Hells Angels against the Alexander McQueen label, Saks Fifth Avenue and Zappos.com for selling items bearing its skull-and-wings “Death Head” design. He commented that while the use of the Hells Angels name is "clearly problematic," it's not clear whether trademark infringement occurred in every case.
