Specialized Deposition Techniques 2022

Olshan Partner and Co-Chair of the Litigation Department Brian Katz recently spoke on a panel for a PLI program recorded May 9, 2022 titled “Specialized Deposition Techniques 2022.” Brian co-led a panel titled “Specialized Deposition Skills,” which advised on how to handle challenging witnesses, deposition negotiations with an adversary, objections and how to respond to them and remote depositions. Brian additionally served as a speaker on the panel “VIP Depositions and Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions,” which addressed advanced use of  Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, drafting (and objecting to) Rule 30(b)(6) topics, deposing senior executives and how best to prepare senior executives for deposition.
