Overview of IRS & USDOL Correction Programs and Recent Changes

Employee Benefits and Tax & Personal Planning partner Stephen Ferszt will speak at the CLE seminar entitled the Overview of IRS & USDOL: Correction Programs and Recent Changes on September 24, 2019 in Woodbridge, NJ.  The topics that will be discussed include overviews of the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (“EPCRS”),  the USDOL’s Voluntary Fiduciary Correction Program (“VFCP”), significant changes to the IRS Determination Letter Program and the Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act (“SECURE Act”).
