Kyle Bisceglie served as a panelist with Bill Hamilton, Esq. of Quarles & Brady and Jonathan Sablone, Esq. of Nixon Peabody, in a LexisNexis CLE on “Ethics of E-Discovery” hosted by LexisNexis editor Dan Cutler, Esq. on October 24, 2012. The panel discussed the increased ethical challenges created by electronic discovery procedures and gave practical guidance for litigators and in-house counsel on meeting those obligations.
