The Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019

Employee Benefits and Tax & Personal Planning partner Stephen Ferszt will present a CLE program on the SECURE Act at the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC) quarterly meeting, held on February 4th in Woodbridge, NJ.  Ferszt will discuss The Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019 (the SECURE Act), which took effect January 1, 2020, and will address the wide-spread impact on qualified retirement plans, retirement accounts and how estate planning with retirement assets will be affected.
