Olshan Activist & Equity Investment Practice Co-Chair Steve Wolosky will be speaking at Tulane University Law School’s 30th Annual Corporate Law Institute. The Tulane Corporate Law Institute is recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country and is taking place on March 15-16, 2018. Steve Wolosky will be offering his expertise on the panel, The “Ins” and “Outs” of Dealing with Activists.
