Ryan Partelow represents businesses and individuals across a broad range of industries, including technology, financial services, agriculture and consumer products, in complex commercial litigation matters.
Ryan advises clients in high-stakes disputes involving intellectual property, breach of contract, corporate governance, business torts and products liability. Ryan has experience handling every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through dispositive motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and trial. Ryan works closely with clients to develop litigation strategies that align with their business objectives while managing legal and commercial risk. His practice includes managing complex offensive and defensive discovery, drafting and arguing motions, overseeing document collection and review, and coordinating litigation teams to efficiently resolve sophisticated disputes.
Before joining Olshan, Ryan was a litigation associate at an international law firm and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cathy Seibel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
