Thomas Kearns Participates in Panel Discussion on Risk in Real Estate Practice at Aon Law Firm Symposium in Chicago

Co-Chair of Olshan’s Real Estate Law Practice Thomas Kearns will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Real Risk in Real Estate Practice” at the Aon Law Firm Symposium at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile on October 12 from 4-5 p.m. Tom will address difficult scenarios likely to confront law firm general counsel arising from real estate practices and offer practical advice on managing related risks.
