OS Therapies Completes Note Offering

Olshan advised OS Therapies Incorporated, as issuer, in the completion of the initial tranche of its offering of up to $10,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior secured convertible promissory notes and associated warrants. OS Therapies intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund clinical development and regulatory activities, as well as for general corporate purposes. OS Therapies is a clinical stage oncology company focused on the identification, development and commercialization of treatments for Osteosarcoma (OS) and other solid tumors.

This transaction is a continuation of Olshan’s work advising OS Therapies and other public companies on their high-value securities offerings. OS Therapies’ common stock trades on the NYSE American under the symbol “OSTX.”
