Olshan Represents Arena Investors, LP, in up to $7.5M Investment with Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited and EDOC Acquisition Corp.

Seeking Alpha has reported on Olshan’s representation of Arena Investors, LP, a $3.5 billion institutional asset manager, in its agreement to invest up to $7.5 million in Australian Oilseeds Holdings Limited— a holding company whose subsidiaries have engaged for more than 20 years in the business of processing, manufacturing and selling of non-GMO oilseeds and organic and non-organic food-grade oils for the rapidly growing oilseeds market. The investment will consist of the issuance of convertible debentures and warrants and is subject to several closing conditions including the closing of a business combination between Australian Oilseeds Limited and EDOC Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: ADOC), a special purpose acquisition company. The Olshan team representing Arena consisted of corporate partner Kenneth Schlesinger and corporate associates Robert Gagne and Zachary Freedman.
