Olshan represented 325 Capital LLC in  a $14 million  private placement of common stock and warrants of MultiSensor AI Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: MSAI), a pioneer in AI-powered industrial condition-based maintenance and process control solutions. The initial closing, representing gross proceeds of approximately $2.8 million, occurred on October 30, 2025, and the balance of the offering is expected to close in December 2025, subject to requisite stockholder approval. Roth Capital Partners, LLC acted as the sole placement agent.
