Derrelle has more than two decades of experience handling white collar defense and complex civil litigation matters in New York and nationwide. Representing high-profile individuals, businesses and financial institutions in state and federal courts, Derrelle brings significant experience in the financial services sector, including representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, hedge funds and other market participants involving securities fraud and insider trading allegations, and has been involved in some of the most significant state and federal criminal investigations over the past decade. Prior to joining Olshan, he was the founder and managing partner of the Janey Law Firm P.C., where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
