Wolosky and Silverman Settle Orchid Cellmark Proxy Contest

Globe Newswire reported that Accipiter Capital Management, LLC and Orchid Cellmark, Inc. reached an agreement in connection with the nomination of candidates for election to Orchid’s Board of Directors and related director compensation matters. Accipiter will nominate two individuals for election to the Orchid Board.  Steve Wolosky, Kenneth M. Silverman and Amanda S. Lamson represented Accipiter in the matter.
