Long Island Business News reported on Nathan’s Famous, Inc. plans to buy back up to 500,000 shares of company stock for up to $11 million. The buyback is being done through a modified Dutch auction which allows stockholders to tender some or all of their shares at a price within a specified range. Steve Wolosky and Kenneth A. Schlesinger represent Nathan’s in this matter.
