The Daily Deal (subscription required) reported that SP Acquisition Holdings Inc. has agreed, subject to shareholder approval, to acquire Washington regional bank Frontier Financial Corp. Olshan attorneys who provided SP with legal counsel include Corporate:  Steve Wolosky and Kenneth A. Schlesinger; Real Estate: Hyman Kindler.
