Wolosky Represents Firebirds in Acquisition

It was announced that Olshan’s client, Firebirds International, LLC, which owns and operates 18 Firebirds Wood Fire Grill locations nationwide, was acquired by Angelo, Gordon & Co.’s Private Equity Group. Firebirds’ founders and current management partnered with Angelo Gordon in the acquisition. The Olshan team that represented Firebirds included: Corporate: Steve Wolosky and Michael R. Neidell; Real Estate: Hyman Kindler; and Intellectual Property: Steven R. Gursky and Mary L. Greico.
