Wolosky Represents CosmoCom in Acquisition

It was announced that Olshan’s client CosmoCom, Inc., a developer of call center management software, was acquired by Enghouse Systems Limited, a large Canadian public company, and its subsidiary, Syntellect Inc., for a purchase price of approximately $20 million.

Steve Wolosky, Kenneth A. Schlesinger and Jason S. Saltsberg represented CosmoCom in the acquisition.
