Wolosky Participates at ISS 2015 Annual Conference

On January 30, 2015, Olshan Activist & Equity Investment Practice Chair Steve Wolosky participated on a panel at the ISS 2015 Annual Conference on the topic of “Accountability and the Activist Investor.” The panel addresses a board’s accountability to shareholders and how unaffiliated shareholders can meaningfully evaluate an activist’s credibility, including past performance, and how individual activists have or have not finessed that question.
