Lustigman Co-presents CLE Webinar on Affiliate Marketing Agreements

On December 10, 2015, Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Partner Andrew Lustigman was part of a panel presenting a CLE Webinar entitled,  Drafting Affiliate Marketing Agreements: Ensuring Compliance With Advertising, IP and Internet Marketing Laws, hosted by Strafford Publications, Inc.  The panel discussed the various laws that are implicated by affiliate marketing, clauses that should be carefully negotiated in the agreements, and strategies to avoid common contractual pitfalls.  Counsel was provided with a roadmap for drafting, negotiating and terminating affiliate marketing agreements.
