W South Beach Hotel Wins $140 Million Refinancing

Law360 (subscription required) reported that the W South Beach Hotel successfully concluded a $140 million refinancing with Wells Fargo Bank NA. Wells made the loan to hotel owner 2201 Collins Fee LLC — a joint venture between RFR Holding LLC and Tristar Capital LLC. Olshan partner Eric Goldberg represented Tristar and the owner in the refinancing.
