WSJ Reports on Beso’s Deal Handled by Wolosky and Friedman

The Wall Street Journal reported that a bankruptcy judge cleared the way for the sale of Beso LLC, a Las Vegas steakhouse whose primary investor is Eva Longoria, to Landry’s Restaurants Inc. Landry’s was represented by Steve Wolosky and Adam H. Friedman.
