The Business Section of The Wall Street Journal reported on favorable prospects for BlackRobe Capital Partners LLC, a new investor in high-stakes U.S. lawsuits. Olshan represented BlackRobe founder Sean Coffey and worked on funding for the firm which focuses on maximizing returns for investors from advances to plaintiffs in high-stakes commercial litigation.
