Olshan Client VIEX Capital Reaches Agreement with A10 Networks on Board Representation and Proposed Declassification

Olshan client VIEX Capital Advisors, which, together with its affiliates, owns approximately 5.3% of A10 Networks, has reached a settlement agreement with the company. Pursuant to the agreement, A10 has appointed Tor R. Braham to its Board and agreed to submit for stockholder approval a proposal to declassify the Board at the company’s 2018 annual meeting.
