Olshan Client 210 Capital, LLC Acquires 3.9M Shares of Support.com, Inc. in Private Placement

Olshan client 210 Capital, LLC has acquired in a private placement approximately 3.9 million shares of customer support company Support.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPRT), which announced a merger with Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc., a bitcoin mining company with its own power generation facility. Partner Jason Saltsberg represented 210 Capital in connection with its investment in Support.com, which was a condition to Greenidge’s entry into the merger agreement.
