Activist Client Steel Partners Holdings LP Obtains Board Seats at Aviat Networks, Inc.

On January 11, 2015, Olshan client Steel Partners Holdings LP and another shareholder obtained a total of four seats on the board of directors of Aviat Networks, Inc. and the company’s agreement to re-nominate these directors at the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated agreement. The Olshan team representing Steel Partners Holdings LP included Steve Wolosky.
