Olshan represented Source Capital Group, Inc. serving as the Dealer Manager in a Warrant Exchange Offer by Skyline Medical, Inc., in which Skyline Medical issued 18,059,671 Series B Warrants in exchange for 1,770,556 Series A Warrants. The Warrant Exchange Offer significantly simplified the capital structure of Skyline Medical. In connection with the Warrant Exchange Offer, Skyline Medical filed a Form S-4 Registration Statement and undertook a tender offer in accordance with Rule 13e-4 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
