Silverman Handles Successful Closing for Alleghany

Olshan announced today the representation of Alleghany Corporation in a $7 million round of institutional financing of Article One Partners, the world’s largest patent research community. The Olshan team that represented Alleghany on this transaction was led by Kenneth M. Silverman, and included Nina Krauthamer and Kenneth S. Mantel.
