Oplink Shareholders for Change (OSC), a shareholder group led by Engaged Capital and Voce Capital Management, launched a proxy contest seeking the election of two highly-qualified director candidates to Oplink’s Board of Directors at the company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders. The New York Times,  The Wall Street Journal's Market Watch and other media sources had previously covered the group’s announced nominations of director candidates. Steve Wolosky and Ryan P. Nebel represent Engaged Capital and the Oplink Shareholders for Change in connection with their activist campaign at Oplink.
