Olshan Closes Selectica’s Acquisition of Iasta

Marketwired posted Selectica, Inc.’s announcement that it has completed its acquisition of Iasta, an industry leading SaaS-based sourcing and spend management solutions company servicing customers such as AOL, Bombardier, Brunswick, Cushman & Wakefield, Foot Locker, OfficeMax, Equifax and Westinghouse.
