Ross Closes $25 Million Sale of Brooklyn Heights Residential Property

The Real Deal reported on the Heller Family’s sale of the Plymouth House, a six-story Brooklyn Heights rental building, for $25 million. The Heller family, associated with Melon Associates LLC, has owned it since 1960s. Novel Property Ventures, the joint venture that purchased the building, plans to keep the property as a rental. Samuel Ross and Hyman Kindler represented the Hellers in the closing of the deal.
