Raging Capital Management Obtains Additional Board Representation at A. M. Castle & Co.

On May 27, 2016, Olshan client Raging Capital Management entered into a settlement agreement with A. M. Castle & Co. under which the company agreed to nominate one of its director nominees for election at the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders. Raging Capital had previously obtained three seats on the board of directors of the company pursuant to a settlement in 2015. The Olshan team representing Raging Capital included Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel.
