Olshan Client Privet Fund Wins Three Board Seats in Proxy Contest at Synalloy

The activist campaign launched by Olshan client Privet Fund at Synalloy Corporation resulted in the election of three of Privet Fund’s director nominees, Christopher Hutter, Benjamin Rosenzweig and John P. Schauerman, to Synalloy’s Board of Directors at the company’s 2020 Annual Meeting. Steve Wolosky and Ryan Nebel represented Privet Fund in connection with its investment and proxy contest at Synalloy.
